Easy sweet corn salsa

In a large bowl, combine the following:

1 12oz bag of frozen sweet corn (thawed)
2 14.5oz cans of diced tomatoes (fire roasted if you can find)
1 15.25 oz can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 4oz can of diced green chile peppers
1 medium yellow bell pepper, de-seeded and chopped small
half a large red onion, peeled and diced small
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS balsamic vinigar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. paprika 
1 tsp. ancho chile powder
1/2 tsp. chipotle powder

Mix all the above, making sure to really incorporate the spices.  Allow to sit in the fridge, covered, for 2 hours.  
Serve over potatoes, with chips, or like I did below, on grilled veggies and romaine lettuce.
